Who we are

This site is operated by CASA 2001 SRL, VAT/CUI 6770807, Trade Reg. J1994000992524, registered office at 12 Ion Slătineanu St., Room 1, 4th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. You can reach us at office@casa2001.ro.

What data we process

This site does NOT collect personal data through mere browsing: we run no analytics, no tracking or advertising modules, and we require no accounts. The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily by phone or e-mail when requesting a quote: your name, contact details, the company you represent and the details of your enquiry.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use quote-request data solely to answer the request and to run the commercial relationship that may follow — the legal basis is pre-contractual steps and contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in keeping commercial correspondence on record.

How long we keep it

Commercial correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for at most 3 years, as a record of quotations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. It may reach our technical providers (web hosting, e-mail) strictly to operate the service, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). To exercise them, write to office@casa2001.ro.

The client account

The client area is in preparation: the sign-in form shown does not create accounts and does not store what you type. When the client area opens, this policy will be updated with the processing details for accounts.
